Information for Prospective Graduate Students:
The Speech, Language & Reading Lab (PI: Shelley Tong) is actively recruiting new master and Ph.D. students who are in interested in music, speech, language processing, literacy acquisition in typically and atypically developing children and adults. Successful applicants will contribute to several ongoing research projects that involve: 1) the behavioral assessments and intervention to characterize children at risk for language and reading comprehension difficulties and, 2) combined electrophysiology (EEG) and behavioral methods to characterize cognitive and linguistic deficits in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
